Q. Where are you based?
A. Our design studio is located in Adare Co. Limerick Ireland and we offer our services nationwide and worldwide.
Q. What do you offer?
Here at On Silver Pond we offer two types of service - one is designed and printed wedding stationery that we create in house. The other service we offer is our wedding invite template service - this is where couples purchase an invite template and edit and print themselves.
Q. What are your wedding invite templates?
A. This is the latest service that we have introduced to serve our couples needs. With the wedding invite templates you can simply purchase any of the many templates on our website, edit these to suit your personal wedding details, and print at home or at a professional printers! We always recommend using a professional printers to allow for premium quality and finish but these templates can also be printed at home if you so wish. This is a great solution for couples wanting to DIY a little bit but with the help of a professional graphic designer.
Q. How many times can i change my text and other details.
A. You may change text up to 3 times before there is an additional charge. Please note that some changes are larger than others and may also require an additional change. (Complete design changes or complex design changes).
Q. I am on a budget, how can i keep my cost down?
A. We get asked this alot. If you have all of your information correct, checked for spelling and grammer this means you will reduce the chances of needing additional charges. We also offer a vast range of options and we are confident that we have a product for every budget. If you are still unsure why not email or phone us and we would be delighted to help you!
Q. What quality can i expect?
A. Our stationery is produced to the highest standards and thoroughly quality assured prior to dispatch. As our stationery is handmade, small variations may occur. Should you have a complaint about the quality, the items in question must be sent back to us at your expense. We will review the items in question to determine the cause of the damage. If you do not inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the goods, we cannot accept responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. On Silver Pond cannot be held responsible for print errors that have been accepted on approved proofs. A discreet promotional logo will be printed all stationery items.
Q. What is the difference between custom and bespoke items?
A. All stationery on our website is customisable - this means that you can change elements of the stationery to meet your preference. You can change colours, type fonts, card types, ribbon and embellishments to name just a few customisable elements. We also offer a bespoke design service if you would like a completely new item created for you. Simply contact us for more details.
